These Terms govern your use of bluecollaret.com and the services of Blue Collar Endurance Training LLC (“BCET,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Services. BCET provides distance-running coaching, training camps, and educational content. Paid services (coaching, camps, support sessions) are governed by the separate agreements you sign at registration.

Acceptable use. Use our website and services lawfully; do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to them or related systems.

Intellectual property. Website content (text, graphics, logos, materials) is owned by BCET or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Use of YouTube API Services. Our internal tools use YouTube API Services to manage our own YouTube channel. To the extent you interact with functionality using these services, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms); the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) describes how Google handles data.

No guarantees. Training involves physical activity and inherent risk. We act in good faith but do not guarantee specific athletic results; train within your limits and consult a physician as appropriate.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCET is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

Changes. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
