How It Works: Getting Started With Training
1. Inquire
Every Athlete has unique strengths and weaknesses, so be sure to include any information in your inquiry that will help your coach begin to put your puzzle together.
2. Contact & Registration
We reach out based on your preferred method of contact, helping you decide on the best coaching package for your needs. Once you choose, you’ll complete and sign necessary registration forms.
3. Construction
Once all forms and payments are submitted, your coach will begin constructing your first training schedule tailored to your goals.
4. Train, Adapt, Race, Repeat
Your training schedule is sent to you, and you’re off to the races. We help you adapt and optimize, making adjustments based on your feedback to ensure long term development.

How BCET Coaching Works

Custom Schedules
Your schedule starts with the truth: where you are today. Training evolves when you prove you’ve adapted, not when you hope you can. We use your feedback on how training feels to adjust your plan and send updated schedules in 1–4 week blocks, depending on the athlete.

Communication
You have the ability to reach out to a world-class coach when it matters most. Rising fatigue, sickness, race scheduling, or workout feedback. Our responses provide honest direction, so you can learn the “why” and build training IQ, not dependence.

Strength and Mobility
Distance running is repetitive stress, so building durability is central to our philosophy. We schedule two strength sessions and two mobility sessions weekly to lay a foundation for long-term consistency.
