Blue Collar Endurance Training LLC (“BCET,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates bluecollaret.com and provides distance-running coaching, training camps, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: when you inquire, register, or book a call, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number, location, athletic background, and goals. For camp registration we also collect emergency-contact and health/medical information needed to keep athletes safe, and for participants under 18, parent/guardian contact and consent.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers; Stripe handles card data under its own terms.
  • Training data: for coached athletes, the workouts, logs, and feedback you share so we can coach you.
  • Automatically collected information: standard technical data (IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed) and cookies/similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand site usage and measure advertising.

How we use information
To provide and improve our coaching, camps, and support; to communicate with you (including email via MailerLite); to process payments; to keep camp participants safe; to operate and improve our website and marketing; and to meet legal obligations.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, MailerLite for email, scheduling/form tools, and lab-testing partners at camps), and when required by law or to protect safety.

Children’s privacy
We work with high-school-age athletes. Where a participant is under 18, we collect and process their information with parent/guardian involvement and consent, and limit its use to providing our services and ensuring participant safety.

Use of YouTube API Services
Our internal tools use YouTube API Services to manage our own YouTube channel (for example, scheduling and updating our own videos). The Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) apply to that use. We do not access, collect, or store other people’s YouTube account data through these tools; they operate only on our own channel. You can review or revoke our application’s access at the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us below. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention and security
We retain personal information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
