Blue Collar Endurance Training LLC (“BCET,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates bluecollaret.com and provides distance-running coaching, training camps, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: when you inquire, register, or book a call, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number, location, athletic background, and goals. For camp registration we also collect emergency-contact and health/medical information needed to keep athletes safe, and for participants under 18, parent/guardian contact and consent.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers; Stripe handles card data under its own terms.
• Coaching data: for coached athletes, we keep one file per athlete, with the help of AI tools. It’s built from our texts and emails with the athlete and their parents; our calls, which we record and transcribe, and video-call notes; photos, screenshots and files they share with us; data from any training device, sensor or app they use with us, now or in the future, such as watches, heart-rate straps, power meters, body-temperature sensors and lactate monitors, including GPS routes; and test results, such as lactate or lab testing at camp. It holds training, effort, health, injuries and illness, sleep, menstrual cycle, body measurements (height and weight), school or work schedule, races and preferences, plus the coach’s own notes and decisions.
• Automatically collected information: standard technical data (IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed) and cookies/similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand site usage and measure advertising.

How we use information
To coach athletes and run our camps; to train our coaches and improve how we coach; to communicate with you (including email via MailerLite); to process payments; to keep camp participants safe; to make educational videos and posts on YouTube and Instagram, where we may use training data without the athlete’s name (we always ask before using a name); to operate and improve our website and marketing; and to meet legal obligations.

Who can see an athlete’s file
BCET’s coaches can see it, so every coach who works with an athlete, or on a coaching project, works from the same facts.

How we share information
We don’t sell or share your personal information outside BCET without asking you first. The exceptions are the service providers who help us run BCET, such as Stripe for payments, MailerLite for email, Google Workspace for email, documents and training plans, Anthropic and other AI providers, scheduling and form tools, and lab-testing partners at camps. We also share it when the law or someone’s safety requires it.

Our use of AI tools
Our coaches and staff use AI tools, such as Claude, made by Anthropic, to help with their work: to keep and organize each athlete’s file, to help with training plans, and for business tasks such as scheduling, email and bookkeeping. We use them only on accounts set so the provider does not use our conversations to train its AI models.

Children’s privacy
We work with high-school-age athletes. When a participant is under 18, a parent or guardian signs for their information to be collected and used as this policy describes, and that signature also covers the parent’s own messages with us.

Use of YouTube API Services
Our internal tools use YouTube API Services to manage our own YouTube channel (for example, scheduling and updating our own videos). The Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) apply to that use. We do not access, collect, or store other people’s YouTube account data through these tools; they operate only on our own channel. You can review or revoke our application’s access at the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us below. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention and security
We retain personal information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
