Need guidance but already have a coach? We’ve got you covered.

An extra pair of eyes can always be extremely beneficial. We love helping athletes understand what they’re doing, and giving them new things to consider. No question is a bad question.

A second opinion can always go a long way when it comes to making the right decisions for your athletes.

Whether you’re in need of a one time consultation, or would like long-term oversight. “Coaching the Coach” always gets us excited.

Our Process

1. Intro Call

Every Athlete has unique strengths and weaknesses. During this time, we learn about the athlete and develop an understanding of what they need to reach their potential.

From there, pricing is discussed, and a follow-up call can be scheduled if needed.

2. Athlete Registration

The athlete fills out a questionnaire and other necessary paperwork prior to beginning training with Coaches.

We take pride in guiding athletes towards their goals.

3. Coaches Construction

This is the time for your Coach to build your training based on what you both have already discussed. Your Coach will then send you your individualized plan.

This is the fun part. The heart and soul of what we do at Blue Collar Endurance.

4. Off to the Races

Your body is constantly making adaptations, so why should the plan remain unchanged?

Throughout the training block, you will communicate with your Coach and adapt to new training as you progress and make fitness gains.

Solving the Puzzle

Every athlete is a puzzle consisting of varying levels of experience, strengths, weaknesses, etc. Two athletes can be similar, but no two can be the same. We adopt this mindset in our coaching, it is our mission to find what training works best for you.
